The language used at the Career Festa is Japanese.
Please note: Some English-speaking employees will be present at the event so that participants can ask questions in English if they wish to do so.

Japanese language level as a requirement for applying for employment:
The Japanese language level required to apply for employment at EBARA differs depending on the type of job. Some positions do not require Japanese language skills, while others require native-level Japanese language skills.

EBARA provides Japanese language education for foreigners from after the offer of employment. The costs are covered by the company. Non-Japanese employees are encouraged to aim to pass N1 within two years of joining the company.
